Cambria Township Volunteer Fire Company - Station 40

The fire department in Colver has been a mainstay in the community since its beginning in the early 1900's, and was originally started and operated by the coal company.  Ownership and responsibilities for the fire company transitioned to the community and the current Cambria Township Volunteer Fire Company (as it is today) was chartered in 1956. Station 40 provides fire protection and emergency medical quick response service for the residents of Cambria Township and also assists our neighbors in Barr and Blacklick Townships.
